WHAT DOES BLOCKCHERS OFFER?

1 – BLOCKCHERS project offers the chance to facilitate the uptake of DLTs in end-user SMEs thanks to the funding of use cases involving these technology suppliers (BLOCKCHERS).

2 – Moreover, the project offers the chance of accessing the first legally validated DLT network created by ALASTRIA (partner of the project) and backed-up by major corporations and the public administration.

3 – BLOCKCHERS project also offers direct equity-free funding (up to €50,000) to cover the implementation of DLTs use cases with end-user SMEs on different sectors.

HOW DOES BLOCKCHERS WORK?

1 – BLOCKCHERS will foster the matchmaking among traditional SMEs and potential DLT specialists, and sensitize about the opportunities around DLTs to implement real use case scenarios in a variety of verticals. At least 60 SMEs will benefit thanks to this scheme.

2 – The best group (up to 30) of SMEs (BLOCKCHERS) working with DLTs on use cases with traditional SMEs will be selected through a couple of competitive open calls for proposals.

3 – Selected BLOCKCHERS will go from idea to implementation through a two-phase funding scheme and providing supporting services. Other results expected are the creation of a dialogue around DLTs and facilitating a new regulatory framework for the EU.
